Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Work
The scope of the project will be detailed before starting work, specifying deliverables, deadlines, and included revisions.
2. Deposit and Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total project value is required before any work begins.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the project and before the delivery of the final files.
3. Delivery Times and Revisions
The client has 10 business days after final delivery to request adjustments. These adjustments will be delivered within the next 5 business days.
If the 10 business days pass without a request for adjustments, any subsequent modification will incur an additional cost of 20% of the individual product value for each requested adjustment.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
In case of project cancellation by the client, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If the work has been completed more than 50%, the proportional value will be charged according to the project's progress.
5. Rights of Use and Intellectual Property
Until final payment is received, all designs and materials will remain the property of the designer.
The designer reserves the right to include the designs in their professional portfolio.
Once full payment is made, the rights of use will be transferred to the client as agreed.
6. Out-of-Scope Modifications
Any modification or additional work outside the initial scope of the project will be quoted and charged separately.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed or used for any other purpose without their consent.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting the budget and making the deposit, the client confirms having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
